Thursday 3rd November- Second UWE visit to Bath

The second visit to Bath will take place on Thursday the 3rd of November, and will be for 1st year students.

The tour will begin outside the Abbey at 13:30, and will continue into Binks café, where a lecture will be given on the subject of the responsibility of a Building Surveyor as a landlord.

Students will have the opportunity to observe parts of the building and will be given information on the conservation considerations that need to be applied to development.

The afternoon will continue on to the vaults underneath the Roman Baths and students will be given an insight into a proposal that could see more of the site being accessed by members of the public and the issues that arise with adaptation, renewal, and development.

We look forward to welcoming UWE back to Bath!
